Meet Our Parish Finance Council
A Parish Finance Council (PFC) is a vital consultative body that assists the pastor in managing parish finances with transparency, accountability, and good stewardship, as required by Canon 537. It ensures responsible budgeting, financial planning, and fundraising to support parish operations, ministries, and growth. The council also oversees parish assets, ensures compliance with diocesan and civil regulations, and fosters trust within the community by maintaining financial integrity. By guiding resource allocation and strategic planning, the PFC helps sustain the parish’s mission and long-term viability, ensuring that offerings are used effectively to serve both the spiritual and practical needs of the Church.

Meet Our Parish Pastoral Council
A Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) is a consultative body that assists the pastor in guiding the spiritual and pastoral mission of the parish, fostering a strong faith community in alignment with Church teachings. Composed of clergy, religious, and laity, the PPC provides insight, planning, and leadership to support evangelization, liturgical life, faith formation, and outreach ministries. By encouraging collaboration and discernment, it helps address the pastoral needs of the parish, ensuring that ministries effectively serve all members. Rooted in the vision of Vatican II, the PPC strengthens parish unity, fosters active lay participation, and supports the Church’s mission of bringing Christ to the world.
