As we approach the Southern Hills Cook-off event, we need your help! Here’s how you can pitch in:
- Move tables and chairs to Gold Valley Campground on Saturday, September 12th
- Help set up at Gold Valley Campground on Sunday, September 13th at 10 AM
- Staff the water/lemonade/pop station during the event
- Help tear down, move things back, and clean up afterward
- Bring a cornhole board (please label with your name)
- Borrow or rent a bullhorn or PA system.
Sign-up sheets are available for those who can bring pop, side dishes, chips, dip, and similar items (located in the Church entry). Let’s all pitch in to make this event a success. Please call or email the office to get in contact with Scott May, Eric Adams and Dennis Dahm.
